Welcome!
I started baking gluten free over 10 years ago when we discovered my son was gluten intolerant. Its been a journey of trial and errors. I have discovered many great recipes, ingredients and techniques along the way!
Healthy lifestyle and nutrition has been my focus and I bring that priority into my kitchen by using mainly organic and locally sourced ingredients. Non-toxic bakeware is also essential in my food preparation. My goal is to provide my family and yours with nutrient rich, delicious and healthy food.
