My Baking Mission
I am focused on nutrient dense ingredients, using mostly organic, non-GMO, non-refined, high quality ingredients to prepare my gluten free baked goods.
Seed Oil Free! I use Avocado oil and butter exclusively.
All products are sweetened primarily with organic cane sugar or honey ; NO fructose corn syrup, EVER!
I also care about high quality food preparation. I use non-toxic cookware; no foils or plastic wrap are used in my baking preparations.
All items are baked in my dedicated gluten free, celiac-safe kitchen.
